Get Into Phone sells access to owner-authorized recovery instructions. It is not a carrier, manufacturer, repair shop, or unlocking service. Following a guide is your choice. A factory reset can destroy data. We are not liable for lost photos, failed carrier requests, or a used phone that still belongs to someone else.

Credits and Library access are for the signed-in account. Do not share logins. We may close accounts that try to use the material to bypass anti-theft systems or to traffic stolen devices.

Paid packs are digital goods. If a workflow is wrong, email us and we will correct it or refund the unused credit. Once a pack is unlocked on the account, that credit is spent.

You must be the owner or an authorized person (including a documented estate process). We do not help with phones you cannot prove.
